  • Who made my bag?

Currently, our founder Diana personally handcrafts each and every bag.  We hope to soon expand the business to employ refugees, creating financial opportunities for underserved communities.  Find out more about our process here.


  • Will my bag look exactly like the picture?

No, and that is a good thing!  Each bag is unique by its own right because each piece is individually cut.  This means there will be slight variations in the fabric pattern and leather pieces.  Furthermore, leather is a natural product and as such, even the best hides will have unique markings and variations in grain pattern and color.  That being said, we assure cohesion of each piece within each bag created. Your bag will be unique to you!

  • How long will it take for my bag to ship?

The Mesoamerican Collection is all ready to go and will ship from our USA based fulfillment center in 1-4 business days.

The Azulejos Collection is currently being made to order.  Each bag will take up to 2 weeks to create and will be shipped from our studio in Italy.  We will ship using the most economical method which can take 5-10 business days to arrive in the USA and 1-3 business days to arrive in Europe.  If you need your order rushed, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.


  • Why do some bags have different shipping costs?

All of Mesoamerican Collection bags have been crafted in our Italian studio and sent to a warehouse/fulfillment center in the USA.  This means that shipping costs are significantly lower for this collection to addresses in the USA.   The bags in our Azulejos Collection are made to order and ship directly from Italy, which means a much higher shipping cost.  We have subsidized the shipping as much as possible, but unfortunately cannot cover it all.


  • What is your return policy?

As a small handcrafted business, we fully stand behind our products.  If for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with the quality of your bag, please contact us and we will do whatever we can to make it right (whether that means a reimbursement or fixing the bag).  We take great care to provide accurate pictures so that you know exactly what you are getting.   But, as a small handcrafted business, if you have made a purchase and simply change your mind, we are not able to accept returns based on buyer’s remorse.


  • Can I personalize my bag?

The short answer is yes since we make all our bags by hand.  Don’t see your dream bag?  Reach out to us and we will work together to come up with something you love.  You can also personalize the bags in the Azulejos Collection.  However, all bags from the Mesoamerican Collection are already made.  Sometimes we have some leftover material that will allow for a personalized bag, but can’t guarantee it.  When in doubt, reach out to us and we will see what we can do!


  • Do you work with wholesale orders?

Absolutely.  We do both wholesale and consignment.  We also create bespoke collections for boutiques!
